how do I use this thing to flash a pcm on a 05 neon?

but with the scan tool I already entered the pin on the skim and ecm before this post. it gave me a p-code. so I looked in the dodge website and it states that the pcm is generic on the neons and needs to be programmed. so are you sure the instructions ur giving me will work? I will try it but im not sure it will work.
